Return Policy

Our store offers a 30-day return window for most products, allowing you to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. However, certain vendors have different return periods and requirements. Please review the vendor-specific policies below before initiating a return.


Vendor-Specific Return Policies

1. Trendsi

  • Return Window: Initiate a return within 7 days from the delivery date. Once approved, you have an additional 7 days to ship the item back.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: Orders that do not meet the above requirements may incur a 20% restocking fee or be rejected entirely.

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to an error or item damage.

  • Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after arrival.

2. Bazaar

  • Return Window: You may return an item within 15 days of receiving it, for any reason.

  • Condition Requirements: Must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Cost: Returns are free of charge for eligible items.

3. All Other Vendors

  • Return Window: Standard 30-day return policy applies.

  • Condition Requirements: Same as above — original condition, unworn/unused, tags attached, and original packaging.


How to Initiate a Return

  • You can initiate a return directly from your online order history — no proof of purchase is needed if done through your account.

  • Once your return request is submitted, we’ll provide the necessary instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping label.

Additional Notes

  • Items sent back without following the correct process may not be accepted.

  • Shipping fees (unless otherwise stated) are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items, including ball gowns)

  • Digital goods

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

As with our other returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Delays: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
