At LUXXRI, we serve shoppers worldwide through a network of trusted U.S.-based and international vendors and fulfillment partners. Shipping origin, processing time, and delivery time may vary depending on the product, vendor, and destination.

Business Hours

Our team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time (CT).

Orders placed outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Shipping Origins

LUXXRI is a global multi-vendor online marketplace working with U.S.-based and international vendors and fulfillment partners.

Depending on the product, an order may be fulfilled by a U.S.-based vendor or fulfillment location, or by one of our approved international vendors or fulfillment partners.

We serve customers across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and other international markets. Shipping origin and delivery time may therefore vary depending on the product, vendor, and destination.

Products from different vendors or fulfillment locations may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times.

Processing & Handling Times

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • Processing / Handling: 2–5 business days
  • Transit – USA, Canada & UK: approximately 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated
  • Other Countries: additional transit time may apply depending on the destination

Processing time is separate from transit time and generally cannot be expedited, even when an upgraded shipping method is selected.

Vendor-Specific Shipping Times – Trendsi

Some LUXXRI products are fulfilled by Trendsi. Estimated shipping times for these products are:

  • Fulfilled within the USA: approximately 2–5 business days
  • Fulfilled from overseas: approximately 5–8 business days
  • Standard Trendsi Shipping Fee: $5.99 where applicable

The Trendsi shipping fee may apply independently of other LUXXRI shipping promotions.

International Shipping

LUXXRI serves shoppers in multiple countries through our network of U.S.-based and international vendors and fulfillment partners.

For customers outside the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom, additional transit time may apply depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, vendor location, and other logistical factors.

Shipping Upgrades

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the product, fulfillment origin, and destination.

If an expedited shipping option cannot be applied to your order after purchase, any applicable upgrade charge will be refunded.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided by email when available.

If your order contains products from different vendors or fulfillment locations, it may be divided into multiple shipments. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Delays

We work with our vendors and fulfillment partners to have orders processed and delivered within the estimated delivery windows provided.

Occasional delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If your order experiences a significant delay beyond its estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@luxxri.com so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Checkout Charges

Additional taxes, duties, fees, or other applicable charges may appear at checkout depending on the customer's location, product, and applicable regulations.

Any charges that apply to your purchase will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
