Choosing the Right Size – Helpful Tips & Asian Size Conversion

We use standardized US sizing across most of our clothing vendors. However, a few longstanding vendors still use Asian sizing. These are:

  • DOLLY TANG

  • MISS CARP

  • VOGUE BY NEKAR

For these vendors, sizes run smaller than US sizes. Please refer to the size chart provided.

Important: When placing your order, please select the appropriate sizing shown on the product page — do not choose based on your usual local size without checking the chart. Use the conversion chart to ensure the correct fit.

General Guidance for Asian Sizes

Asian sizes typically run smaller than US or European sizes. As a general rule, we recommend choosing 1–2 sizes larger than your usual size. However, always refer to the product-specific size chart, as sizing can vary between items.

Quick Sizing Tips

  1. Decide on the Fit – Before measuring, think about how you want the garment to fit (oversized, fitted, or relaxed).

  2. Compare with Your Wardrobe – Measure a similar item you already own and compare it to the product’s measurements for a better idea of fit.

  3. When in Doubt, Size Up – If you’re between two sizes, choosing the larger size allows room for adjustments and ensures comfort.

How to Measure Your Body

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug.

  • Chest Circumference: Measure under your arms and across your back, just below the bust.

  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (about 1 inch above the navel) while relaxed.

  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips (approximately 8 inches below the waist).

  • Shoulder Width: Measure straight across from one shoulder seam to the other.

  • Sleeve Length: Measure from the wrist, over the bent elbow, up to the top of the arm.

  • Leg Opening: Measure the bottom cuff of your pants, then double that number.

  • Thigh: Measure around the thickest part of your thigh, just below the buttocks.
