General Questions
Luxxri (formerly DealsbyPalms) is a curated marketplace offering a diverse collection of fashion, accessories, home goods, digital art, and unique finds from global vendors.
Some products are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, while others come directly from trusted vendors overseas. Shipping origin may be noted on each product page.
Yes, our store is hosted on Shopify and uses encrypted SSL technology to protect your personal and payment information.
Orders & Shipping
U.S. orders: 2–5 business days (Trendsi), 5–10 days (Bazaar or overseas vendors).
International orders: Allow 5–15 business days depending on destination.
Yes, upgrades are available at checkout for eligible items and destinations. If unavailable, we refund the upgrade fee.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.
Due to recent changes in U.S. tax policy (Trump Tax Update), an additional $9.99 fee may apply to help offset vendor-side tax increases.
Returns & Refunds
- Trendsi: Return within 7 days of delivery (an additional 7 days allowed to ship the return back).
- Bazaar: Return within 15 days, free of charge.
It depends on the vendor. In most cases, the customer covers return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
No, items marked Final Sale, including custom, digital, or personal items like lingerie or beauty products, are non-returnable.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Products & Inventory
We update availability regularly. However, due to the nature of vendor-based fulfillment, some items may become unavailable. You'll be notified and refunded if an item is out of stock.
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original. This ensures you get the item you want before it sells out.
We work with several vendors. If you purchased from more than one vendor, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
Account & Support
No, but creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and save shipping details for faster checkout.

Yes, we currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom, with extended shipping timeframes for other countries.
Customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
