Our team operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 7:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the following business week.

Shipping Origins

Orders may ship from multiple sources: directly from our trusted vendors or from our warehouse, which may be located locally or overseas.

• Processing / Handling: 2–5 business days
• Transit (USA, Canada, UK): 5–10 business days
• Other Countries: Please allow an additional 5–10 business days

Note: Processing times cannot be expedited, even if a shipping upgrade is selected.

Shipping to Other Countries

For customers outside the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for transit, depending on destination.

Shipping Upgrades

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the product and destination. If an upgrade isn’t available for your order, we will refund the upgrade fee. Please remember that processing times are fixed and cannot be rushed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. If your order ships in multiple parcels, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Refund Policy on Delays

We work diligently to dispatch orders on time. If a delay occurs and your order does not arrive within the stated delivery window, we may issue a partial or full refund while you keep the product.

Important Update on Checkout Charges (USA Only)

Return Policy

Our store offers a 30-day return window for most products, allowing you to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. However, certain vendors have different return periods and requirements. Please review the vendor-specific policies below before initiating a return.

Vendor-Specific Return Policies

1. Trendsi
   • Return Window: Initiate a return within 7 days from the delivery date. Once approved, you have an additional 7 days to ship the item back.
   • Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
   • Restocking Fee: Orders that do not meet the above requirements may incur a 20% restocking fee or be rejected entirely.
   • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to an error or item damage.
   • Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after arrival.
2. Bazaar
   • Return Window: You may return an item within 15 days of receiving it, for any reason.
   • Condition Requirements: Must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
   • Cost: Returns are free of charge for eligible items.
3. All Other Vendors
   • Return Window: Standard 30-day return policy applies.
   • Condition Requirements: Same as above — original condition, unworn/unused, tags attached, and original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return directly from your online order history — no proof of purchase is needed if done through your account.

Once your return request is submitted, we’ll provide the necessary instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping label.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

As with our other returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

• If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing Delays: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
• Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@luxxri.com.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, parallel to the floor. Keep tape snug but not tight.

Full Shoulder Width: Measure from shoulder edge to shoulder edge across the back, keeping tape horizontal.

Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your waist, about 1 inch above the belly button.

Hips: Measure around the widest point of the hips/buttocks with feet together.

Heel Height: Stand straight with your intended shoes on and measure from head to floor.
