Depending on the product, your order may be fulfilled by a U.S.-based vendor or fulfillment location, or by one of our approved international vendors or fulfillment partners.

Products from different vendors or fulfillment locations may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times.

Processing & Handling Times

• Processing / Handling: 2–5 business days
• Transit – USA, Canada & UK: approximately 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated
• Other Countries: additional transit time may apply depending on destination

Note: Processing time is separate from transit time and generally cannot be expedited, even when an upgraded shipping method is selected.

• Fulfilled within the USA: approximately 2–5 business days
• Fulfilled from overseas: approximately 5–8 business days
• Standard Trendsi Shipping Fee: $5.99 where applicable

International Shipping

LUXXRI serves customers in multiple countries through our network of U.S.-based and international vendors.

Additional transit time may apply depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, fulfillment origin, and vendor location.

Shipping Upgrades

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the product, fulfillment origin, and destination.

If an expedited shipping option cannot be applied to your order after purchase, any applicable upgrade charge will be refunded.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided by email when available.

If your order contains products from different vendors or fulfillment locations, it may be divided into multiple shipments. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Most products purchased through LUXXRI are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. However, return periods and requirements may vary by vendor. Please review the applicable vendor-specific policy below before initiating a return.

Vendor-Specific Return Policies

Trendsi

Returns are supported for U.S. orders. International Trendsi orders are not eligible for return at this time.

• Return Window: Initiate your return within 7 days of the delivery date. Once approved, you have an additional 7 days to ship the item back.
• Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Restocking Fee: Returns that do not meet the stated requirements may incur a 20% restocking fee or may be rejected.
• Return Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
• Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

Bazaar

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
• Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Return Cost: Returns are free of charge for eligible items.

All Other Vendors

• Return Window: Our standard 30-day return window applies.
• Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached where applicable, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate an eligible return directly from your online order history. No separate proof of purchase is required when the request is submitted through your LUXXRI account.

Once your return request is submitted and reviewed, we’ll provide the necessary return instructions and, where eligible, a return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is generally to return the eligible item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Where applicable, returned items must generally be in the same condition in which they were received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing Delays: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, parallel to the floor. Keep tape snug but not tight.

Full Shoulder Width: Measure from shoulder edge to shoulder edge across the back, keeping tape horizontal.

Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your waist, about 1 inch above the belly button.

Hips: Measure around the widest point of the hips/buttocks with feet together.

Heel Height: Stand straight with your intended shoes on and measure from head to floor.
