TRENDSI Vendor Shipping Times:
- Products shipped within the USA: Typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
- Products shipped from overseas: Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery.
- Trendsi's standard shipping fee is $5.99, regardless of the free shipping policy.

Processing & Shipping Details:
Each of our products has specific processing times and shipping details, which you can find on the product's page. The shipping times mentioned apply to orders headed to the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping to Other Countries:
Customers ordering from countries outside of the aforementioned regions should anticipate an additional 5-10 business days for shipping.

We work diligently to dispatch orders on time; however, if there's a delay and your order doesn't arrive as scheduled, we promise to issue you a refund, either partially or in full, while you keep the product(s).

Shipping Upgrades:
We offer shipping upgrades at checkout, which may vary by the product and destination country. Returns Policy

Our store offers a 30-day return window for most products, allowing you to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. However, the possibility of a return depends on the individual vendor's policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Vendor-specific policies include:

1. Trendsi: Requires items for return to be in their original condition, with a 7-day period for initiating returns from the date of delivery and an additional 7-day window to return the items.
   • Orders not adhering to this may incur a 20% restocking fee or be outright rejected.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • Customers cover the return shipping unless there's an error or the item is damaged.
   • Handling of returns can take 5 - 7 business days upon their arrival.
2. Bazaar's: Return policy allows you to send back an item within 15 days from the date you receive it. This can be done for any reason and is completely free of charge, as long as the item is in its original condition.

CUSTOM CLOTHING MEASUREMENT GUIDE:

Bust: To measure the bust, the person being measured should stand upright with their arms relaxed at their sides. Use a flexible measuring tape to wrap around the fullest part of the chest, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor and not too tight or loose. It's important that the person wears their usual undergarments to get an accurate measurement.

Full Shoulder Width (Back of the Shoulder): This measurement determines the distance between the edges of the shoulders. Have the person being measured face away from you, standing upright with their arms relaxed. Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder (where the arm meets the shoulder) to the other, following the natural curve of the back. Ensure the tape measure remains horizontal.

Waist: Typically, the waist measurement is taken about an inch above the belly button, where the waist naturally curves inward. The person should stand upright and breathe normally. Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of the waist, keeping it parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug but not tight, allowing for a finger's width of space.

Hips: Measuring the hips requires identifying the fullest part of the hip and buttock area. With the person standing with their feet together, wrap the measuring tape around the hips at the widest point, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor and not twisted. This measurement should be taken with the person wearing light clothing to ensure accuracy.

Heel Height (Head to Floor with Heels/Shoes Height): This measurement is useful for determining the appropriate length for dresses or pants when wearing heels or specific shoes. Have the person stand straight against a wall, wearing the shoes they intend to wear with the garment. Measure from the top of the head straight down to the floor, following the body's silhouette, while accounting for the added height of the heels or shoes.

By following these detailed instructions, the measurements taken will provide a comprehensive guide for creating custom clothing that fits perfectly. Remember to always measure twice to confirm accuracy and to ensure the measuring tape is kept level and snug for best results.
