Business Hours

Our team operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 7:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business week.


Shipping Origins

Orders may ship from multiple sources: directly from our trusted vendors or from our warehouse, which may be located locally or overseas.


Processing & Handling Times

  • Processing/Handling Time: 2–5 business days

  • Transit Time (USA, Canada, UK): 5–10 business days

  • Other Countries: Please allow an additional 5–10 business days

Processing times cannot be expedited, even if shipping upgrades are selected.


Vendor-Specific Shipping Times (Trendsi)

  • Within the USA: 2–5 business days

  • From Overseas: 5–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping Fee (Trendsi): $5.99 (applies regardless of any free shipping promotions)


Shipping to Other Countries

For customers outside the USA, Canada, and the UK, an additional transit time of 5–10 business days may apply, depending on the destination.


Shipping Upgrades

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the product and destination country. If expedited shipping isn’t available for your order, the upgrade fee will be refunded.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. If your order is split into multiple shipments, separate tracking numbers will be issued for each parcel.


Refund Policy on Delays

We strive to dispatch all orders on time. If your order is delayed beyond the stated delivery window, we may issue a partial or full refund while allowing you to keep the product.


Important Update on Checkout Charges

Due to recent tax regulation changes in the United States, an additional tax charge of $9.99 may apply at checkout for U.S. customers only. This adjustment is beyond our control and helps offset increased vendor tax burdens.
